We know that many recipients open their campaigns on their mobile phones, therefore we have made it possible for you to set up your email for this device.
In this guide, you will gain insight into how to optimize your campaign for mobile devices.
Under Settings, you can activate mobile optimization. When you activate this setting, we will set the mobile settings at the mobile width that is specified.

We recommend setting it to 480 px, as that is the standard for a mobile device
However, you should be aware of three things:
- Your content in the campaign is placed on top of each other – consistently from left to right. This means that if you have an image on the left side of the campaign and text on the right side, the image will appear at the top followed by the text. You must therefore be aware when setting up the content, otherwise the order will look messy/illogical.


Under row settings for the specific row, you can choose how many cells you want to display on the row. You can choose to display 1, 2, or 3
- Under cell settings, you can hide a cell on mobile devices under mobile optimization
- The campaign appearance may vary depending on the mobile device, which is why you can never be 100% sure of the result. We therefore cannot recommend enough that you test your campaign before sending it out.
