How does the pricing work with different numbers of contacts?
The prices vary based on the number of recipients and the number of emails you send per month. You only pay for the package that suits your needs. As you grow, you will be upgraded to a larger package.
What is a Freemium account?
If you have a webshop at Shopify, ScanNet, SmartWeb, Wannafind or DanDomain, you can get access to a Freemium account completely free. It includes up to 200 recipients and 1,000 emails per month – perfect for getting started.
Can I switch between the license types?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Basic, Premium, and Premium+. When you upgrade, you get access to the new features immediately. However, the features from Premium require that you have implemented our Tracking script on your website.
However, downgrades in license types will only take effect after our normal cancellation period. You can see the current cancellation period in our business terms.
What is the difference between the three license types?
Basic gives you all the basic features for email marketing and simple automations. You can use the recipient’s personal data and behavior in your emails as data sources.
Premium adds advanced automations based on purchase and browsing behavior. By placing a script on your website and with integration to other systems (such as ticket system), you can use the recipient’s onsite behavior, purchase behavior, ticket purchases and annual pass/season ticket as data sources.
Premium+ gives you access to personal product recommendations and price drop triggers through our Raptor integration. This license is primarily relevant for companies that have a webshop.
How much do add-ons cost?
Our add-ons, Onsite Campaigns, Webpush and Voucher have their own price levels based on volume.
They are add-ons to your Basic, Premium or Premium+ license. You can see the full prices in the tables above. SMS is charged per message at DKK 0.31 in Denmark.
