Email template: What is it and what does it require?
A email template is an html-coded template that you can use in all your email campaigns and -automations.
Avoid starting from scratch every time and increase brand awareness in your emails with a good email template. Our consultants are ready to help you.
The email template consists of two elements: A header and a footer. Between the two lies the content of the email – i.e. everything you design on Step 2: Design and setup when you set up your campaign or automation.
The header and footer are coded in html and there is an enormous design freedom. Heyloyalty has some standard templates that you can start from. However, there is also the opportunity to do something even more special, where, basically, your imagination sets the limits.
Create your email template by clicking Templates –> Create new template.
Give your template a name and select type Email.
If you want to start from a standard email template, choose one from the list under Choose a standard template. Once you have chosen a standard template to start from, you can Preview the template and if it is a reasonable starting point, you can choose to click Insert template.
Once the template is saved, you can use it in your email campaigns and automations in the future.
